• may be affected by lighting, weather, vehicle condition, accessibility, and practical constraints at the inspection location;
• may not detect defects that are hidden, intermittent, or not reasonably observable during the inspection.

Accordingly, results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition and access at the time of inspection. You should not rely on the inspection as a guarantee of future performance or an exhaustive technical assessment unless the specific scope is expressly agreed in writing for your order.

3. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, statefabricnet.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or from inspection outcomes that reflect the limited scope described above.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law in Ukraine.

4. Consumer rights, requests, and dispute resolution

If you are a consumer, you can submit complaints and requests regarding services through the mechanisms available on this website. We encourage you to submit details (order/booking reference, date, and description of the issue) to allow us to review your matter.

Before forming distance/electronic contracts with consumers, the provider must disclose required pre-contract information and enable consumer rights exercise via the website/service flow.
